A great starter course for those that have limited experience cooking with fish. We’ll focus on some family classics, the real crowd pleasers that bring everyone to the table. Alongside the main event, you’ll learn how to make your own accompaniments like classic tartare sauce, mayonnaise and mushy peas. We’ll show you how to cook a hearty fish pie, classic cod and chips, and the kids’ favourite goujons. And you’ll learn how to recreate these dishes using different cooking methods: from pan frying, grilling and baking to air frying. Includes all ingredients, refreshments throughout the day and recipe packs to take home.
