Service Description

Learn how to cook fish and shellfish in the county known for its fish bounty. With over 20 years of experience working in one of the most famous fish kitchens in the world, Mark will guide you through classic fish cookery. You’ll learn to work with a range of different seafood, seasonally sourced from our favourite local boats and fishmongers. Learn how to fillet flat and round fish, pan-fry, grill, bake and more. As well as how to prepare the perfect sides and sauces. During samphire season, we will take you down to the beach to forage for your own samphire. On our half day course you’ll prepare two dishes. Includes all ingredients, refreshments throughout the day and recipe packs to take home. Half day courses run from 10-1pm
