Service Description
Learn how to cook fish and shellfish in the county known for its fish bounty. With over 20 years of experience working in one of the most famous fish kitchens in the world, Mark will guide you through classic fish cookery. You’ll learn to work with a range of different seafood, seasonally sourced from our favourite local boats and fishmongers. Learn how to fillet flat and round fish, pan-fry, grill, bake and more. As well as how to prepare the perfect sides and sauces. During samphire season, we will take you down to the beach to forage for your own samphire. On our day course you’ll prepare three dishes in the morning, the third of which is lunch. In the afternoon watch a demonstration by Mark and ask any questions you like. One day courses run from 10am - 4 pm.
