Service Description
Foraging for food is a magical adventure, dictated by the seasons, it’s an opportunity to pause, reconnect with and respect the beauty of nature. Each morning will start with foraging. We'll go down to the estuary and forage for sea vegetables. We’ll then bring our harvest to the kichen and cook with the ingredients, adding in fresh caught fish. You’ll learn how to prepare different types of fish, along with the perfect sides and sauces to accompany them. The day culminates in a shared dining experience with course mates. A fun evening of food and ingredients, a celebration of all that you’ve learned on this fun course. Includes all ingredients, refreshments throughout the day and recipe packs to take home.
